Rescheduling/Cancelation: Client is responsible for monitoring weather or any other conditions that may prevent us from completing our work, and rescheduling as necessary. Client acknowledges that if Client does not reschedule/cancel and weather, property condition, the presence of animals or people, or any other thing prevents us from completing the services that have been ordered, there may be a reduction in the services rendered, and no refund will be issued for services or parts of services that we are unable to complete.
No fee will be charged if you let us know before the day of the appointment. There is a same-day cancellation fee of $100 for daytime appointments and $125 for twilight appointments. If notice is given after our photographer is en-route to the appointment or if no prior notice is given, any applicable travel fees will be charged in addition to the same-day cancellation fee.
Copyright Notice: Five Loaves LLC is the copyright holder of any image we produce. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images. Please contact us for more details.
Photo Rights and Usage: Once any outstanding balance is paid, the person whose name is on the service order (Client) will be granted the right to use these images and/or videos (Media) on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the Property for the duration of the first time Property is listed for sale or rent after these services are ordered. Additionally, for a period of one month after the first sale/leasing of Property, Client may also use Media in advertisements which clearly and obviously state that Property has been sold/rented. Client may also use Media to create printed gifts for the property's seller. Client may not sell, transfer, or give these rights to another party, including but not limited to another agent who re-lists property. If property is temporarily removed from the market, Client may reuse these images and/or videos when property is again listed for sale by Client. Outside of the aforementioned rights, Media cannot be reused without specific written permission. When the licensing period ends, Client must return or destroy all copies of the images except printed gifts given to the property's seller.
